Aging is part of the normal progression of life and keeping up with household chores, following doctor's orders, or just going about our daily routine can require assistance. HSC offers both in-home and assisted living services to seniors so there is no need to give up their independence or the comforts of their home.
In-Home Services
Our in-home services are designed to provide the necessary support to help seniors stay at home and function independently.
We work with the senior, the family, and the physician to develop a plan to assist and support each client. Our staff is qualified, licensed and trained appropriately in nursing and personal care services and we facility safe client independence. Please see private duty nursing for more information.
Assisted Living Services
HSC offers a variety of service options for residents of senior facilities. We can work with the building management to develop a flexible program that meet the client's needs and the management requirements.
Our professional team can:
- Monitor blood pressure and other health screening
- Provide intermittent nursing, home health aide, and homemaker services for individuals, billed to the resident
- Daily, on-site services offered in 15-minute increments, billed to residents, 24-hour services billed to management
- Personal care
- Meal preparation
- Medications
- Evening comfort checks
- Cleaning and laundry
- Other nursing services
